Error description

• A zOS customer reported that they are getting
  OverlappingFileLockException after applying the fix for APAR
  PH26972. These exceptions also resulted in JAXBContext cache
  files getting corrupted after a while.

  After applying fix for APAR PH26972, the following exception
  may occur on zOS:
  Exception occurred obtaining zOS lock:
  java.nio.channels.OverlappingFileLockException
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem occurred on some zOS environments after applying
  fix for APAR PH26972 because of a file synchronizing problem
  when accessing the JAXB context cache file from different
  servants on zOS. The problem was fixed by updating the code to
  properly synhronize access to JAXB context cache files on zOS.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  8.5.5.20 and 9.0.5.8.For more information, see 'Recommended
