  IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics does not include
  the ability to simulate a workload allowing for a change
  in the number and type of processors along with an expected
  growth in workload.

• A new forecasting mechanism is provided - Workload Simulation.
  This enables you to explore What-If scenarios of increasing
  the workload and/or changing the hardware using an iterative
  simulation modeler which can model how the system will respond
  to the workload.
