APAR status

Error description

  • Problem:
    
    When querying the OSLCSRDETAIL object structure the attachments
    don't show for the ticket in the JSON response,  when
    attachments exist.
    
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    
    
    1.  Log in to Maximo and create an SR
    2.  Attach an image to the SR
    3.  Attempt to access the SR via the browser or rest client
    
    
    e.g
    http:/localhost:9080/maximo/oslc/os/oslcsrdetail/_U1IvMTAwMQ--
    
    Result:
    
    The attachments do not show in the JSON response for the SR
    unless lean=1 is added to the URL.   This is causing attachments
    not to show up in Maximo Anywhere.
    
    
    Expected Results:
    
    
    The attachments show in the JSON response similar to the other
    object structures.
    
    Environment:
    
    Maximo 7.6.1.2
