• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Assets with Record images are losing the images when moved
  across sites
  
  PROBLEM:
  Assets with Record images are losing the images when moved
  across sites
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1- Make sure you configure Maximo to be able to add Images to
  Asset Records
  
  The components and tasks to perform this are:
   Using the Application Designer module:
   Add a Record Image control to the form
   Add 2 Signature Security options: ITEMIMAGE and SHOWDELETE
   Add ITEMIMAGE option to Select Action Menu
  
   Using the Security Groups module:
   Grant access to ITEMIMAGE and SHOWDELETE for groups that are
  allowed to add or delete specific images
  
   Using the Database Configuration module:
   Create the relationship between the application's object and
  IMGLIB

  2- Go to Assets app
  3- Select any asset or create a new one, in BEDFORD site
  4- Assiciate an image with the asset record using Select Action
  > Add/Update Image
  5- Save changes
  6- Now, Select Action > Move/Modify Assets
  7- On the To Site field, select NASHUA, and click Apply
  8- Click OK, and your asset will be moved to NASHUA site
  9- Go back to List tab and search for your asset, in the NASHUA
  site
  10- The asset will be displayed, but the Record Image was lost.
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Assets with Record images are losing the images when moved

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Assets with Record images are NOT losing the images when moved
  across sites
