Error description
When you try to save a Case solution in Workflow Center Case Builder, you see the PLDMG1002E error and the solution is not saved. The error occurs when an IBM HTTP Server is configured for IBM Content Navigator in the IBM Business Automation Workflow environment. The error message states, 'PLDMG1002E The information for the actions that are configured for a widget on this page cannot be found.' You might see the following in the application server logs.
