iOS Supervised Device Password AutoFill Grayed Out

Troubleshooting


Problem

iOS Supervised devices are unable to deselect the Password AutoFill under iOS Settings -> Touch ID & Passcode

Resolving The Problem

In the MaaS360 portal, please view the iOS MDM policy assigned to the device. Next, navigate to Supervised Settings -> Restrictions & Network -> Enable Authentication for Auto Fill, and set it to No.  Once the device updates the policy, it will then allow the user to turn this setting off.
