PH35989: INCORRECT RECON FLAG IS SET IN DB SENSOR API DURING CONDITIONAL REORGANIZATION FOR OSAM8G HALDB

Error description

• Incorrect RECON flag is set in DB Sensor API FUNC=SCAN DBDLIST=
  during conditional reorganization for OSAM8G HALDB.
  As a result of that, DB Sensor processes the maximum size of a
  data set at an incorrect value.

  When the database is OSAM8G HALDB, ORF had not set the flag that
  indicated OSAM8G before calling Conditional Reorganization
  Support Service (CRSS) API. As a result of that, DB Sensor
  processes the maximum size of a data set at an incorrect value.
  
  In addition, the following fix has been applied in this APAR.
  - Reason: ITS FAILURE has been added for HRF01617W message.

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that ORF sets the flag that indicates
  OSAM8G before calling CRSS API and DB Sensor processes the
  maximum size of a data set correctly.
