When you execute the ./softstop.sh script, it waits for the time out of 10 minutes to be reached, even if there are no business processes in the queue. This problem happens when liberty server for B2BAPI is used.

Problem conclusion
Resolution Summary: A code fix is provided. The liberty server for B2B API caused the problem. Modified our code so we don't get the business process info from liberty server. This problem only affects B2B Integrator with B2BAPI. Delivered in: 6010000 6000303 6010001 5020603_16 5020605_4
