Error description

• 1.Error message "ALAA073W" is generated in error due to improper
  improper retrieval of dictionary page for PGLOGRBA value.  This
   APAR corrects the improper dictionary page retrieval and
   eliminates the erroneous ALAA073W error message display.
  
  2. Update to compressed row that causes row movement may cause
     incorrect output and abends in the detail report depending
     greatly on the specific data in the logs.'
