Error description

• 1. When running the Object Restore versioning repository load
  job, a SQLCODE811 occurred during the execution of the
     AUO#TAUL step.   This occurs when a given table has multiple
     dependent views and at least one view is dependent upon
     another of those views.

  2. When recovering remote aliases, Object Restore was not
     generating the location qualifier in the resulting CREATE
     ALIAS statement.
