Error description

• SQL PA stored procedure ANLPROCR ends with error sqlcode430
  -430.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  1) If two ( or more ) users are in SQL PA EDITing the same
     member at the same time, no message or other indication
     is given to the second editor that the member is already
     in use by another. This fix will provide new message
     MSGANL9009I ANL9009I Data Set in Use under this condition.
  2) SHOWALT corrected to now generate alternate indexes for
     tablespace table space scans.
  3) New Function: Host variables now reported from DBRM input
     sources.
  4) New Function: The KEEPLAN parm now preserves plan table
     content.
  5) New Function: Multiple Index steps increased from 256 to 512.
  6) Marketing Requirement met: MR0209054023 Multiple DB2 from
     single TSO.
  7) Marketing Requirement met: MR0226044113 Keep plan records.
  8) Marketing Requirement met: MR128033849 DBRM host
     variables.
  9) In SQL PA V220 v2.2 the DBRM Member Name field in panel
     ANLMAIN has been shortened from 8 to 7 characters
     and will not accept 8 char names.
