PH36012: LOAD BALANCER NOT HONORING MODIFIED FINTIMEOUT VALUE

Error description

• In a NAT configuration with a modified fintimeout value, the
  load balancer is reusing ephemeral ports after default
  fintimeout of 30 seconds.

  The fintimeout settings on the executor level controls how
  long LB will retain closed connection information. The default
  is 30 seconds and rarely needs to be adjusted. When it is
  modified, it was observed that NAT connections reused port
  numbers based on the default 30 second fintimeout instead of
  modified value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The modified fintimeout value was not being used in LB's
  connection cleanup code. Instead it was hard coded to use the
  default value. Code has been corrected to use the adjustable
  value.
  
  NOTE-The executor level fintimeout setting affects all ports
  added after the setting is modified. Modifying the fintimeout
  value on the executor settings does not affect the fintimeout
  value for existing ports.
