Error description

• It was long discussion around, and we definitely decided in a
  reason to do not default value and a range.

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of IBM Db2 Query Monitor for z/OS.     *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. Query Monitor stops displaying       *
  *                      current activity under high load.       *
  *                      2. ABEND CQMMCALC+2622D is seen in DDX. *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  1. A restart of Query Monitor under heavy workload may cause
  threads to be missing in Current Activity due to exhaustion of
  memory for THREAD space.
  2. Some calculations used the logic and offsets for older
  versions of Db2 that may cause problems for Db2 v11-v12.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic was changed to correctly clear memory under heavy
  workloads.
  2. Logic was updated to use correct calculations and offsets
  for every supported Db2 version.
