PH35893: In UCR, the UCD Application deployment fails with HTTP status code 405

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After upgrading UCD to the 7.1.1.2 version, all the UCD
  application deployments started by UCR fail with HTTP status
  code 405.
  
  Actual error seen in UCR deployment logs:Error: Received
  response 405
  

Local fix

• No Local fix, since UCD the made the API change, we have to do
  the modification the UCR code.
