IT35737: DATAPOWER MIGHT LEAK MEMORY IF A WSDL BASED API IS INVOKED BY BASEPATH ONLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The user observed DataPower grew memory during a load test of a
  WSDL based API deployed through API Connect and never released
  that memory even after a while of end of test.
  The WSDL based API got invoked using "basePath" only URL as
  defined in the YAML.

Local fix

• Invoke the WSDL based API with full URL as per YAML, i.e. with
  "basePath" + "path".
  

Problem summary

• When a WSDL based API is invoked and use the URL with only
  "basepath", then Datapower may leak memory.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 2018.4.1.16, 10.0.1.3
