Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  
  1) Fix abend 30A000 in ISPF when coming out of Setup menu.
  2) Add v12 validation to FAS.
  3) Possible loop when running in 2PH VSAM mode.
  4) Add "NON ATOMIC" attribute to Multirow insert in Fast Apply.
