AtmReadStream returned 0 in FTP communication session log - Sterling Gentran:Server for Windows

Troubleshooting


Problem

All data fails to send outbound starting at specific date and time.
Fail statuses from that date/time for all ftp communication session logs.

Symptom

In the interchange browser there are files with status "Interchange Queued".
After setting them on hold they change to status "Interchange Ready to Send".
After doing a resend the status goes back to "Interchange Queued".
Also any data imported such as an ASN all go to status "Interchange Queued".
Auto Send    Session 44280.445104 for Mailbox Sterling ended with status: FAILED
Auto Send   CommMgr: Error connecting to gateway. Mailbox retcode = 1000
AtmReadStream returned 0 in communication session log; Fail status for communication session log.
