IT35280: MESSAGE FLOW NODE PROPERTY OVERRIDE DOES NOT WORK WHEN THE SAME PROPERTY ON ANOTHER MESSAGE FLOW NODE IS PROMOTED

Error description

• When a message flow contains 2 nodes which contain the same
  property name and one of the message flow nodes promotes the
  property but the other message flow node does not, then a bar
  override of the property which has not been promoted, such as
  using the mqsiapplybaroverride command or the toolkit editor,
  does not work

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a message flow contains 2 nodes which contain the same
  property name and one of the message flow node promotes the
  property but the other message flow node does not, then a bar
  override of the property which has not been promoted, using the
  toolkit editor or mqsiapplybaroverride command, does get
  reflected when deployed.
  
  This is a runtime issue where the deploy manager fails to
  identify the bar override of a node property when there is a
  promoted property with same name exists.
  

Problem conclusion

• The bar override of a node property no longer fails when another
  node promotes its property with the same name.
