Error description

• steps to reproduce :
  1. Set the Incremental versions for the component
  2. Import multiple versions for the component
  3. Deploy all these component versions from an application and
  envrionment.
  4. Now when we deploy again a version, check the order of
  component version displayed in the version selection pop-up
  under the Current environment inventory.
  They are displayed from the earliest to the latest deployed
  version as compared to an older version of UCD where they are
  displayed from the latest to the earliest.
