Error description
The problem is related to CQM's processing of objects without names e.g. DSNDB07 etc. CQM was not handling zero length object names or creators properly. CQM was failing to find a match on its prior memory allocations for these buckets and creating a bucket every time a SQL call referenced an object with a zero length name. This in turn caused a chain of literally thousands of summary object buckets to be created and consumed a huge amount of storage in QM's CQMOBJS data space. The large object bucket chains caused QM to incur a large amount of overhead when processing them. KEYWORDS: poor performance loop
