Error description

  • The problem is related to CQM's processing of objects without
names e.g. DSNDB07 etc. CQM was not handling zero length object
names or creators properly. CQM was failing to find a match on
its prior memory allocations for these buckets and creating a
bucket every time a SQL call referenced an object with a zero
length name. This in turn caused a chain of literally thousands
of summary object buckets to be created and consumed a huge
amount of storage in QM's CQMOBJS data space. The large object
bucket chains caused QM to incur a large amount of overhead when
    processing them.
    KEYWORDS:
    poor performance loop
