APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DB2 QUERY MONITOR AGENT INSTALL FAILURE FOR DB2 when PARALLEL(N)
  is used while monitoring a DB2 V11 instance.
  

Local fix

• Add PARALLEL(Y) to the CQMPARMS parameter file,or remove
  PARALLEL(N), since Y is the default.
  .
  This parameter must be set to the same value for any Collector
  product monitoring the same DB2 subsystem:
   For Query Monitor add PARALLEL(Y) to the CQMPARMS
   For S-TAP for DB2 add PARALLEL(Y) to the ADHPARMS
