PQ94925: DB2 QM CAE CLIENT SHOWING WRONG TIME ON ALERTS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The time on the GUI is one hour ahead of local time. (The UK has
  daylight saving during the summer with TIMEZONE E.01.00.00 in
  SYS1.PARMLIB(CLOCKxx).). The CQM CAE Agent falls victim to
  Java's inability to understand otherwise legitimate TZ
  environment variable values.
  
  The resolution will be that the user can specify the CQM_TZ
  variable as instructed in the CQMCAE samplib member.
