Error description

• Under certain circumstances the reporting of LOAD LOG YES
  activity may omit some rows that were actually inserted.
  The activity before the image copy prior to the reporting
  LOAD LOG YES was not being handled properly in all
  circumstances. In particular this could happen if there
  was insert activity of any type, followed by an image copy,
  followed by the LOAD LOG YES. The inserts, whether by LOAD
  or by DML prior to the image copy were preventing some rows
  from being reported from the LOAD LOG YES utility.
