• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Returning error message of SQL return code = +100 is not
  informative enough to allow proper response to the problem. A
  new error message will be issued to better explain the cause of
  the problem. In this case, the actual problem is that the
  product is looking for rows from SYSIBM.SYSCOPY, but none are
  found because an object (tablespace/database) has been dropped
  and DB2 has removed the needed rows from the catalog table.
