  1. When Db2 is in maintenance mode, Query Monitor can not
  connect to it. But Query Monitor checks every ten seconds for
  Db2 availability and issues message 'FEC804E: 00F30056:
  Unexpected reason code from call attach facility',
  which corresponds to MAINT mode.
  
  2. Due to incorrect logic, CORRNUM was taken from next position
  to the specified one via CORRID_TRANSLATION parameter.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic is changed to issue message only during first attempt
  to connect to Db2 in MAINT mode.
  
  2. Logic is changed to use correct position according to
  CORRID_TRANSLATION parameter.
