PQ91476: Size Limitation of CQM VSAM file names

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Code has been updated to allow up to 38 bytes in the _DSNAME
  specifications in CQMPARMS, due to the fact that the system will
  append .INDEX and .DATA to the end of the dataset names for the
  index and data components of QM's VSAM backstore datasets
  

Local fix

•    make sure you don't specify more than 38 bytes for the
  backstore data set names.
