APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• As a result of the change between z/OS 1.9 and z/OS 1.10 that
  the NULL pointer is handled differently by inet_addr (in 1.9
  inet_addr returns INADDR_ANY, in 1.10 it returns INADDR_NONE).
  
  The PTF will provide the QM fix for customers running
  on z/OS 1.10.

Local fix

• Add the LISTENER_ADDRESSES parm to the CQMCPRMS. E.g.:
  
  LISTENER_ADDRESSES(192.168.55.138)
  
  or
  
  LISTENER_ADDRESSES(192.168.55.138,172.16.67.27)
  
  The address(es) must be addresses that the LPAR recognizes as
  its own address.
