Error description

• SQLPA ANLEEE feature reports catalog statistic data based on the
  INTEGER fields ( such as CLUSTERRATIO ) rather than the FLOAT
  fields ( such as CLUSTERRATIOF ). This apar will switch ANLEEE
  to conform to the rest of SQLPA which uses the FLOAT fields as
  source of reported data.
