PI29369: A VSAM CI SERIALIZATION ISSUE MAY CAUSE THE FOLLOWING MESSAGES CQM2604E, CQM1210E, CQM1203I, CQM1204I, CQM1217W, CQM1202I

Error description

• A VSAM CI serialization issue may cause message CQM2604E VSAM
  LOGIC ERROR VSAMRC=X'08' VSAMRS=X'0014' CQMMSQL2(0464E) to be
  issued, followed by CQM2609E and CQM2618I indicating an
  interruption and subsequent resumption of the recording of
  SQLCODE data.
  
  This condition can cause an SQLCD disable indicator to be set
  and result in memory shortage related messages for the SQLCD
  space, indicated by the following messages: CQM1210E, CQM1203I,
  CQM1204I, CQM1217W, CQM1202I.
