Error description

• This APAR addresses an S0C7 ABEND that can occur in the ISPF
  Client Interface when viewing Host Variables under Exceptions
  for SQL code -310, caused by the presence of non-numeric data
  within the decimal HOST VAR (the cause of the SQLcode310 ).
  

Local fix

• Although this abend is externalized to the ISPF screen, it does
  not cause the user to exit the QM interface and can be avoided
  by not selecting the option to view Host Variables under
  Exceptions for SQL code -310
