• CQMLOAD may fail after applying PI98797 due to incompatible
  column REQ_SITE_NAME in CQM_EXCEPTIONS table

  PI98797 introduced the change of column REQ SITE NAME length in
  CQM_EXCEPTIONS OFFLOAD table. So some steps should be done to
  update existing table after applying the PTF for PI98797.
  But the corresponding HOLD text with the description of the
  steps was missed in the PTF.
