Error description

• Update to SQLTEXT column definition and schema verification for
  the EXCP_TEXT, SQLCODE_TEXT and SUMM_TEXT DB2 repository tables.
  .
  This APAR changes the length for the SQLTEXT columns to 2M to
  coincide with the 2M SQL statement limit. The schema validation
  for LOB column lengths is being updated to check the value of
  the SYSIBM.SYSCOLUMNS.LENGTH2 column.
