Error description

• Incorrect STMT# and statement type may be displayed in
  Operational Summaries under option "12-Call",
  due to a GET DIAGNOSTICS bug in FETCH OPTIMIZATION.
  
  In addition this may cause ABEND0C4-38 from a branch from
  DSNXERT if the QM collector is stopped while monitoring a
