Error description

  • This fix disables the obsolete "FORCE(M)" CQMPARM.
When QM is attempted to start using this obsolete CQMPARM, the
startup attempt will now fail and will be accompanied by 2
    error messages:
    *
      1) CQM2101E - PARAMETER ERROR DETECTED FOR FORCE
      2) CQM2110E - TERMINATING DUE TO ERRORS IN CQMPARMS INPUT
    *
The first (CQM2102E) indicates the invalid use of an obsolete
parameter in the CQMPARMs. The second (CQM2110E) to indicate
that QM cannot continue and is terminating - again, due to the
    use of an obsolete CQMPARM.

Local fix

  • Remove obsolete FORCE(M) parm in CQMPARMS and cycle DB2 to make
    change effective.
