Problem
The IBM® MDM Publisher capability of IBM® InfoSphere® Master Data Management has limited support for the Phone attribute of the Standard Edition (virtual MDM) party template model.
When publishing values of PERPHONE and ORGPHONE segments from InfoSphere® MDM Standard Edition instances to Master Data Management on Cloud or IBM® Match 360 with Watson, the model only supports reference number. If more fields are included, the publishing job fails during the bulk load phase of the bulk subscription.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this issue:
- When publishing virtual MDM data that includes the PERPHONE object, include only the Phone number field.
- When publishing virtual MDM data that includes the ORGPHONE object, include only the Reference number field.
