Error description
The documentation for IBM Cloud Pak for Automation 20.0.3 and the CR sample file don't indicate that how to set up an admin user.
Local fix
1. For the adminUser in ibm-dba-ums-secret, the adminUser and adminPassword parameters are values for an internal user management service (UMS) admin user that will be created. Ensure that this user doesn't exist in the LDAP user registry. The values will be generated if the parameters are left out of the secret. 2. For the admin_user for application_engine_configuration, bastudio_configuration, bastudio_configuration.playback_server, baw_configuration, workflow_authoring_configuration, designate an existing LDAP user. 3. Ensure the Application Engine (application_engine_configuration) administrative user is in your LDAP user registry and has both IBM Business Automation Navigator administrative and UMS team server administrative rights. To add your user as a Navigator administrator, follow the instructions in Adding IBM Content Navigator administrators(https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS EUEX_2.0.3/com.ibm.installingeuc.doc/eucco024.htm). This step is not needed if the user is already a Navigator admin because he or she was set to the appLoginUser when Navigator was installed. To add your user into the UMS team server admin group, either add the user to the team server admin LDAP group (ums_configuration.teamserver.admingroup) or add the user to the internal Administrators team by following the instructions in Managing teams(https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSYHZ8_20.0 .x/com.ibm.dba.offerings/topics/con_ums_teams_manage.html).
