Problem

In some cases, the Snapshot restore feature does not work properly for multi-system environment on IBM Cloud Pak® System 2.3.3.0 and 2.3.3.3
Description
Sometimes, a problem occurs when you run a Snapshot restore action for multi-system environment instances on IBM Cloud Pak® System 2.3.3.0 and 2.3.3.3
After you run the Snapshot restore action, the instance remains in maintenance mode as the resume action does not work from both the systems.
