Troubleshooting
Problem
Edit report or Run the report or Create Schedule the report, it shows "The web request failed, 403 Forbidden error"
Symptom
There is no issue within Cognos gateway URL or dispatcher URL from the server.
It is only showing the issue Customer's application site.
Cause
This is an issue with web applicaiton security policy as blocking the Cognos URL request.
Resolving The Problem
Please check with application server security team to allow all response HTTP headers request from Cognos.
