Error description
PROBLEM: Anywhere 7.6.4 app does not reauthenticate to Maximo after the LTPA token has expired. This causes all communication to Maximo to create a false positive and does not send or receive any date. PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N/A STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Log in to Anywhere with LDAP enabled. 2. Let device sit for 2 hours (or until LTPA token has expired). 3. Try and create a work order or update a record. 4. Data does not sync to Maximo, or work order does not get WO number. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: When trying to sync to Maximo after expiration, no data syncs and it will show an LTPA token expiration error in Maximo logs. Anywhere app does not show offline symbol (ping request to Maximo uses an unsecured context and returns 200). EXPECTED RESULT: Anywhere app to reauthenticate andd communicate/sync with Maximo.
