• 99SBootStrapPluginsIHS.ant can't detect the bitDir correctly
  if a non standard path is used for the httpd.conf file.

  One of the properties supplied to 99SBootStrapPluginsIHS.ant
  is the location of the IHS httpd.conf file.  Some customer
  have been deviating from the traditional location
  [IHSRoot]/conf folder to something below that location or
  totally outside the IHS install.  The ANT script relies on
  using this location to determine which bit value to use when
  setting the httpd.conf LoadModule was_ap24_module statement.
  As part of this problem, there hasn't been enough messaging to
  help customer understand the issue nor provide any flexibility
  to deviate.
  

Problem conclusion

• The 99SBootStrapPluginsIHS.ant has been updated to provide
  additional detailed messaging when a problem arises from using
  bad location and to recognize a new environment variable (
  WASPLUGIN_IHS_ROOT ) that can be set prior to running PCT or
  manually using 99SBootStrapPluginsIHS.ant script.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
