Problem
When running a report and the delivery method of email is selected, Users will get the error
PRS-TRS-0906
The "VALIDATE" transform instruction could not validate the given XML content.

Symptom
Example of such errors indicated below
Cause
It is possible the user has extensions or browser add-ons enabled. Some extensions like Grammarly adds tags that are unsupported by Cognos. An example is the "data-new-gr-c-s-check-loaded" attribute
Resolving The Problem
There are 2 workarounds.
1. Click on the "Plain Text" email option when running the report
2. Disable the extensions on the browser and run the report.
