Error description
The property named "disallowDuplicateMessages" is set to "true" in mailbox.properties. It regularly occurs that multiple copies of the same file are uploaded to a mailbox by producers. Sometimes when this happens, two uploads in a very short time span triggers a situation where the first one shows with a status of "Routed" and the second one with a status of "Started" and both have the same message ID. If the one with status "Started" is clicked, no detail screens open to see what happened. If the one with status "Routed" is clicked, everthing appears as normal. Errors like the below appear in the mailbox.log file: ERROR [MailboxQueryService] - setting WFC Status to ERROR with Advanced Status [Mailbox Service Error] ERROR [1457586223550] null ERRORDTL [1457586223550]java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException
