Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempting to start the Planning Analytics Workspace Administration Tool on Linux fails with the following error:
Error response from daemon: Container XXXX is not running.
Error response from daemon: Container XXXX is not running.
Cause
One potential cause for this error could be due to setting the noexec flag on the /tmp directory of the host.
Diagnosing The Problem
- Run the following command: findmnt -l | grep noexec
- If the /tmp directory appears in the output from the above command, you may be susceptible to the problem in this technote
Resolving The Problem
Prior to running the ./Start.sh, set the following environment variable:
export TMPDIR=/path/to/paw/install/temp
export TMPDIR=/path/to/paw/install/temp
The above variable may also be added to the /config/paw.env file (if the file already exists)
