• Key label not reported when DFHSM uses migrated dataset record
  extension key x'13' with MCDF_MCDXV2 set on.
  
  RE.K.D will report *unencrypted despite policy* for HSM migrated
  datasets instead of the encryption key label.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Audit incorrectly reports       *
  *                      HSM migrated encrypted data sets as     *
  *                      unencrypted in cases where newer type   *
  *                      x'13' MCDS records are involved.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *

  When an encrypted data set is migrated by HSM, the zSecure Audit
  reports it as unencrypted.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Audit and zSecure Collect have been modified so that
  encrypted and HSM migrated data sets are correctly reported as
  encrypted.
