Error description

• ILMT assumes the UUID (BIOS Serial Number) of the machine can
  be used to identify the machine and this is the requirement
  imposed on the environment. When it is not satisfied, then in
  case of public cloud machines having the same UUID, ILMT is not
  able to correctly distinguish them and thus all the machines
  are treated as the same machine, thus the cores subcapacity
  reported in ILMT is equal to the cores capacity of one
  endpoint.
