APAR status

Error description

  • Right-clicking on a Control-M XML file which has been added to
a project and selecting Build from the resulting menu may cause
a message to be shown in the console like:

 Error [82] : Validating Control-M XML failed


The result is that the Control-M file is not built.

Problem summary

  • The Control M XML Schema has been updated to accommodate the XML
 format of the customer. Job Description fields part of the
Control M Tables, have been extended to support varchar (1000) .
