CVEID: CVE-2020-36230
DESCRIPTION: OpenLDAP is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an assertion failure in the X.509 DN parsing in decode.c ber_next_element. By sending a specially-crafted packet, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause slapd to crash, and results in a denial of service condition.
