Updating Db2 license on PSM in IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.0, 2.3.3.2, 2.3.3.2 (for W4600), and 2.3.3.3

Problem

In IBM® Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.0, 2.3.3.2, 2.3.3.2 (for W4600), and 2.3.3.3 a trial license is installed, which expires in 90 days.
This problem is also applicable to IBM Cloud Pak Software environments on 2.3.3.0, 2.3.3.2 and 2.3.3.3.

Symptom

When the license expires, the Db2 instance (service54) does not start, and all dependent services go offline.

Resolving The Problem

Customers need to apply the LA fix. The same fix can be applied to IBM® Cloud Pak Software versions noted. See the readme files on IBM® Fix Central for installation instructions for each version.
Based on the version of IBM® Cloud Pak System, download the appropriate LA fix from the following IBM® Fix Central URLs:
If the LA fix was not installed by IBM® when the firmware was upgraded, contact IBM® Support for options.

Note: You can also upgrade to IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.3 interim fix 1 or higher to resolve this problem.
