  • JMCobol module Stopped working during Make in PAT Environment
for Non COBOL program

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • The issue was triggered by the fact that the non Cobol files
does not respect the syntax of the Cobol language. As a result a
 buffer overrun can occur when read such a file. The fix
consisted in protecting the access to that buffer.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix will be available in 6.0.0.0 version.
