Error description

• With COBOL 6.2, compile may fail with completion code 16 and
  message IGYCB7104-U when program is compiled with NUMCHECK,
  OPT(1 or 2), and TRUNC(BIN or OPT).
  
  Assertion failed at ../il/Node.cpp:3590:
  self()->addressPointsToReadOnlyLiteral()
   address node 0x500937E1C0 doesn't point to a literal

  An optimization changed the compiler's internal state to improve
  performance. When generating the code to display a NUMCHECK
  message at runtime, the code generator expected the internal
  state to be different when trying to find the name of the data
  item being checked, so it asserted.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was fixed so that the internal state produced by
  the optimizer is now expected by the code genereator.
